This registry publishes versioned machine-readable artefacts used to describe public EvidenceToEffect research evidence. It does not define an execution protocol, conformance regime, runtime architecture, certification scheme, or proprietary implementation.
Formal evidence rule: evidence-generating runs should pin an explicit version and SHA-256. Do not use an unversioned or “latest” path as a formal evidence dependency.
These artefacts describe evidence records. They do not disclose or prescribe protected implementation mechanisms, effect-boundary algorithms, recovery state machines, proprietary control logic, or patent test vectors.
